Sunday, June 22, 2008Just seeing how everyone was just giving their best to God and loving Him wholeheartedly was so heart warming...Seeing all the sec ones and twos in that place just brought me so much joy, I think its just seeing young people love God and give their lives to Him, its simply amazing! Also, Pst Lia preached an amazing sermon of Significance! She spoke about how the world defines success as a point that we need to be at instead of being the process. That many people define success as a mercedes, a condo or even a country club...but really, life is just more than reaching a point and ending it...that we got to love others and make our life a life of significance. Lastly, ended my day in church by spending time eating dinner with Psts...it was really casual and fun where we just spoke about anything under the sun. Thats what a spiritual family is about man! Where you just hang out and find rest and talk about anything under the sun! Later on, it was time to go home....missed the last train...so we ended up taking cab and we all went to hong kong cafe! Ate a great meal with my West Gang friends of D1 and headed home and here I am now blogging....Tom's gonna be even more amazing with Pst how's preaching! I believe its gona change my life!
Wednesday, June 18, 2008You can lead people by personality and they will only be attracted to you or you can lead them with the power of God and by the spirit and they will be like you....I realized that when we start to lead people with substance, character and in the spirit, they will start to catch the DNA and their essence and DNA would very much be like yours. And that's why as leaders, we have to always keep our lives pure, have a Godly character and be connected to our Pastors and leaders...And only in that way can we pass down the right culture...First impression counts when you are providing a service...Only Character counts in leadership...
Friday, June 13, 2008went to eat swenson's icecream at orchard today to celebrate valerie's 21st birthday...Before that went to HK cafe with Noel, the 3 masketeers from bukit merah sec...yeah...then nicely persuaded them to go orchard with me after that...tom got a meeting at 9am! Gotta sleep early...
Friday, June 06, 2008This season has really been a stretch for me as I am going to preach my 4th time this week! However, I believe that its gonna be great and God's gonna move! Faith and Success! Have you guys ever felt that you went for a competition game and because you do not have enough players, you don't even have to play the game and you lose it? Just felt mine a few days ago...its a terrible feeling man....Having worship rehearsal now...loving life, loving God!
Sunday, June 01, 2008Through this whole camp, I just got to know so many people better and it was just so fun and exciting to see the whole church come together with all the young people! This just excites me! Also, manage to take a picture with Jian Ming and Ivan...we were posing to be fighters...rocks right? haha...don't we look like we can act?! 
That's all for today....really tired! Lets' sleep!
